He has more than fifteen years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, he stands out in the field of intellectual property and technology transfer in the public and private sector. His experience includes strategic planning, team leadership and design and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship programs. He actively participates in public-private initiatives that promote innovation and entrepreneurship in the country. Since 2020, he is a member of the board of RedGT Chile, assuming the presidency in 2022. He is invited as a speaker and evaluator in innovation and entrepreneurship programs in Chile and Latin America.

His education includes a law degree and a Master in Law and New Technologies from the University of Chile, as well as an MBA and a Diploma in Venture Capital from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He has taken specialization courses in the United States, England, Israel and China.

Fernando Venegas Calderón, Founder and CEO

With more than 13 years of experience in innovation and entrepreneurship, he stands out for his work in the development of initiatives for technology transfer and the implementation of public policies. He has formulated successful entrepreneurship and science-industry linkage projects, securing public and private funding. In addition, he has provided support in innovation management and training of entrepreneurs and technology managers. His training includes participation in international technology missions and training at prestigious institutions such as Oxford University and the State University of New York. His academic background includes a degree in Commercial Engineering, a Master in Management and Public Policy, and a Diploma in Industrial Marketing Management, all obtained at the University of Chile.

Marcelo González Robles, Innovation Manager

He has more than 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of innovation programs and early stage entrepreneurship support, as well as in strengthening the university-industry link. He stands out for leading open innovation initiatives and for his ability in coordination, management and technology scouting. In addition, he has been a speaker at international events and has been recognized as one of the 100 young leaders in biotechnology in Latin America in 2017.He has more than 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of innovation programs and early stage entrepreneurship support, as well as in strengthening the university-industry link. He stands out for leading open innovation initiatives and for his ability in coordination, management and technology scouting. In addition, he has been a speaker at international events and has been recognized as one of the 100 young leaders in biotechnology in Latin America in 2017.

His training includes a degree in Biotechnology Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana, a Diploma in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and specialization courses in best practices in technology transfer.

Sergio Loyola Clavijo, Entrepreneurship Coordinator

She has more than 10 years of experience in science, participating in national and international research projects in leading centers such as the Fundación Ciencia y Vida, the Centro de Investigación Médica Aplicada de Navarra, and the Universidad Mayor and Universidad Católica de Chile. In addition, she has experience in project formulation and management and design of intellectual property strategies, being an inventor in one of them. Her trajectory includes leadership in research teams and academic training, prioritizing individual development and collaborative work. She has a solid academic background, with a degree in Biology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a PhD in Biotechnology from the Universidad Andrés Bello.

Daniela Elgueta Bustos, Innovation and entrepreneurship manager

He has more than 5 years of experience promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, especially in promoting the culture of R+D+i+e in regional ecosystems. He stands out for his work in the Transfer and Licensing Office UC Temuco, accompanying the technological portfolio of higher education institutions in Araucanía. She has designed and executed programs to connect the public and private sectors, advising multi-sector companies seeking to implement innovation management models. His experience includes the identification of innovation and technology transfer opportunities, as well as the development of collaborative projects.

Felipe is a Commercial Engineer and has taken several specialization courses in agile methodologies and technology transfer.

Felipe Muñoz Díaz, Innovation and entrepreneurship manager

He has more than 8 years of experience in technology transfer. He has founded successful ventures in the field of energy and engineering such as Ecofuels SpA and Optima Ingeniería SpA, with sales over USD 4M. His experience includes the development of business areas for ventures, project formulation and consulting for projects and ventures in bioeconomy, circular economy, electromobility and software development.

He is a Civil Engineer in Biotechnology from the University of Chile, certified in Mentoring for Dynamic Entrepreneurship by the same university and has specialization courses in innovation and technology transfer.

Moisés Godoy Retamales, Innovation and entrepreneurship manager

He has more than 12 years of experience in intellectual property and technology transfer, new technologies, data protection, cybersecurity and public law. He has worked as a lawyer at the Vice-Rectory of Research and Development of the University of Chile and as a legal advisor to companies and organizations. He is recognized for his publications and participation as a speaker at international conferences. He currently serves as secretary of the Chilean Institute of Law and Technology.

He is a lawyer and holds a Master's degree in Law and New Technologies from the University of Chile. He also has a postgraduate degree in Regional Integration and has completed specialization courses in intellectual property, technology transfer, internet governance and cybersecurity in the United States and the Organization of American States.

Diego Moreno Carrero , Consultor legal senior

He excels in creating impactful digital experiences through efficient code and attractive design. He has experience as a Scrum Master and Full Stack Developer, where he has led projects based on the application of agile methodologies and interface design focused on user experience. As a UX Designer in Startups, he specialized in responsive web design and creative problem solving. He has skills in interaction design, user experience, web development, agile methodologies and various technologies. His background includes courses in UX/UI Design, Web Development and Full Stack Developer.
